CCPA Disclosure

This disclosure supplements the HealthBenefit1 Privacy Notice for California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to Ivory Beauty or HealthBenefit1, this page explains the categories of personal information we handle and the rights available to California residents.

Categories of personal information

Depending on your interactions with HealthBenefit1, we may handle identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, mobile number, and ZIP code; internet or electronic network activity such as IP address, browser/device information, referral information, and site activity; customer-service communications; and preference or consent records such as SMS opt-in or opt-out status.

Our registration form does not request a date of birth, Social Security number, payment-card number, medical diagnosis, medical record, or precise geolocation.

Sources and business purposes

We collect information directly from you and from ordinary website/server interactions. We use it to provide requested savings information and services, administer registrations, communicate with users, operate and secure the site, maintain consent records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sale and sharing

HealthBenefit1 does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

We may disclose information to service providers or contractors that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, customer support, security, or fulfillment of a requested discount benefit. Those parties are expected to use information only for the contracted service or as otherwise permitted by law.

Your California rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.

How to make a request

Email support@healthbenefit1.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or use our Opt Out page when your request relates to marketing communications. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.

We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
