These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HealthBenefit1.com and the savings, discount-information, registration, customer-support, and messaging services made available through the site (collectively, the “Services”). HealthBenefit1.com is operated by Ivory Beauty (“Ivory Beauty,” “HealthBenefit1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Savings and discount services

HealthBenefit1 provides access to a prescription discount card and information about savings or discounts in the health and medical industries. The Services are offered for informational and savings purposes and are not health insurance, a health plan, or medical care. Discount availability and savings vary by pharmacy, provider, product, service, and location. “Up to 80%” describes potential prescription savings and is not a guarantee that every prescription or user will receive that level of savings.

Third-party discount programs, pharmacies, providers, and vendors may apply their own terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or pricing. We do not control their independent pricing or service decisions.

2. Registration and eligibility

You may register to receive a free prescription savings card by providing accurate contact information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is current and belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. The Services are intended for adults age 18 or older.

No credit card or payment is required to register for the free savings card through HealthBenefit1.

3. SMS program terms

The HealthBenefit1 SMS program may include recurring marketing messages, prescription-savings information, health and medical discount offers or updates, customer-care communications, and account or service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in: SMS enrollment requires an affirmative choice through the SMS consent checkbox or another documented opt-in method. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to obtain the free prescription savings card. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or otherwise have authority to consent for that number. You also consent to our use of an electronic record to document your opt-in.

Automated technology: By opting in, you authorize HealthBenefit1 to send messages using automated technology or messaging systems as permitted by applicable law.

Opt-out: You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to a HealthBenefit1 text for the fastest automated opt-out. You may also submit a request through our Opt Out page or email support@healthbenefit1.com. We honor reasonable revocation requests in accordance with applicable law. A one-time confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use service providers as necessary to operate messaging, hosting, customer support, or requested benefits, subject to our Privacy Notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or Services to violate any law, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or misuse the Services in a way that harms us, our users, or third parties.

5. Informational and medical disclaimer

Content on HealthBenefit1 is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a substitute for professional medical care, or a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication. Always consult an appropriate licensed health professional regarding medical questions and medication decisions.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, particular savings, availability, or suitability for a specific purpose. We are not responsible for independent third-party pharmacies, providers, discount programs, websites, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ivory Beauty and HealthBenefit1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Intellectual property

The HealthBenefit1 site design, original text, graphics, logos, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and discount-card materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information associated with the Services.

9. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin unless applicable law requires otherwise.
